Stress Audit
This is the starting point for most of those I see as it shows us both exactly the ‘where, how and why’ you are feeling as you are. The answers start here and the process of change can now begin. It is exciting and positive bringing about a real and deeper understanding of what is happening to you mentally, physically and emotionally. Now appropriate and relevant actions to get you the results you are seeking can start.
How it works:
• Following payment, your stress audit will be sent by email as PDF documents.
• On completion, they are returned to me and usually within one week, they will be returned with a comprehensive evaluation and any appropriate recommendations for you to take forward.
• If you have opted for a 1st face to face session, the evaluation will be given back at this time.
• Or it may be that you just want the stress audit as a standalone piece of information for you to work with the evaluation and recommendations on your own.
Payment
Once you have agreed to the stress audit, I will send you an invoice with payment details by email for either:
• BACS transfer – preferred method as there is no delay in sending out the audit.
• Cheque by post that will need to be cleared prior to the stress audit being sent out.
• Cash, if combined with a face to face session.
Face to face sessions
Whether you are looking to understand what is happening to you, and why you are feeling stressed , or to make positive changes in your health so you can enjoy your life, be more confident, stop worrying unnecessarily, and generally regain some balance and control in your life, then these sessions will be an enlightening and valuable experience for you.
I will help you to identify your goals and ambitions, and show how they can be achieved whilst building confidence, enhancing your ability to attain the success you desire and maintain your motivation, drive and most importantly, developing your self-belief.

Benefits of face to face stress management sessions
• If you enjoy talking and the visual connection, this will be for you.
• Greater ability to develop rapport.
• Interactive work is possible which enhances the process and changes you are looking for.
• The opportunity to learn and enjoy the benefits of relaxation is offered.
• Bio-feedback training can be offered to help you learn how to change the way you manage stress.
How I work
• Initially, please call using your free 20 minute phone session where you can outline your situation and what you would like to work with. This will also give you an opportunity to ask any questions and get a feel of how I work and if that would suit you.
• You can book sessions either as a single stand alone or as a programme of sessions. The number of sessions needed will vary but an average of 6 to 8 as a guide.
• A full stress audit will be recommended first unless jointly decided it is not required for your specific needs.
• The techniques and strategies I use are both practical and empowering with some work or assignments given for you to work on in-between our sessions.
• Powerful questions will help you to achieve your goals and bring out your inner strengths.
• You will discover how to use an assortment of tools, many you almost certainly already have, but are dormant, which you will be able to use going forward whenever needed.
• Relaxation and breathing exercises are taught as an essential skill in overcoming stress, worry and anxiety.
• The option of using bio-feedback training (Heart Rhythm Scanner) to show the immediate effect of your thoughts on your heart and body is a powerful tool in making positive changes. Between 3 and 4 half hour sessions are needed and this is incorporated within a 90 minute session.
• I will provide you with both support and motivation.
• My consulting rooms are near Esher, Surrey, easily accessible by public transport and free parking is available. 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment or a charge may be made.

Once we have agreed to work together, I will send you an invoice with payment details by email for either:
• BACS transfer – preferred method as there is no delay in starting our work together.
• Cheque by post that will need to be cleared prior to our work starting.
• Cash at the session.
Phone Sessions
Many enjoy the benefits of stress management sessions by telephone at it is an extremely powerful and effective way of working. Here my coaching skills in active listening are of great benefit as I am trained to listen deeply at many levels and to ‘hear’ all that you say. How we use our voice, what we say and often what we don’t say, all become more apparent with focused, active listening.
Most of the benefits of face to face stress management sessions are also achieved via the phone, so this is an excellent and convenient way of using my expertise to get the successful results you want.
Benefits of phone sessions
• You are not confined by geographic boundaries so distance is not a barrier, UK and international sessions are available in English.
• More cost effective in both travelling time and expenses.
• Sessions are confidential and relaxed as you choose the privacy of your venue.
How I work
