Terms & conditions

Jenny Edwards, trading as Solutions 4 Stress, adheres to the codes of conduct of all the professional associations to which she belongs namely:

The International Stress Management AssociationUK.
Association of Coaching
General Hypnotherapy Register.

Jenny Edwards holds full professional indemnity insurance.

All advice provided by Solutions 4 Stress is NOT a substitute or replacement for medical advice, nor should it be used to make your own diagnosis as to whether you are suffering from a stress related or any other illness. If you have any concerns please seek professional medical advice. If you are currently on medication or under doctor’s instructions, please do not change your regime without first consulting your GP or medical professional.

All payments

Once we have agreed to work together, payment must be made either in advance or on the day by cheque or cash if having a face to face session. I will send an invoice with payment details by email for either:

BACS transfer – preferred method as there is no delay in starting our work together.
Cheque by post that will need to be cleared prior to our work starting.

My “Personal Satisfaction Guarantee” covers the first session, if you don’t feel you have benefitted, you can ask for a full refund within 5 working days.

Refunds

If required, these are made by the same method as used for payment or will be agreed between Solutions 4 Stress and the client to mutual satisfaction.

Cancellation of Appointments

Face to Face appointments require the following:

More than 2 full working days in advance of your appointment – no charge
Between 24 and 48 hours notice in advance is subject to a charge of 50%
Less than 24 hours notice, or a missed appointment, is subject to being charged at 100%

This cancellation fee is required to cover consulting room charges for your appointment, which itself is subject to a cancellation fee and also, if you are late in cancelling, I cannot then offer your appointment time to another client.

Phone appointments:

Not more than 24 to 48 hours in advance is subject to a charge of 50%
Less than 24 hours notice or missed appointment then you subject to being charged at 100%

If you are late in cancelling, and I am able to offer your appointment time to another client, there may then be an option for some flexibility.
